Some things are worth fighting for...

Dual protest for City

Jan 15, 2023

For the derby against City we undertook the most ambitious protest to date. A protest from two locations:

  • The Tollgate
  • The Gorse

Both marches were co-ordinated to meet simultaneously at the junction of Chester Road and Sir Matt Busby Way.

Logistically this took a lot of planning and timing was key. Once again we showed that we are fearless in raising awareness and putting consistent and relentless pressure on this ownership. We continue to ensure that we follow legal and peaceful means to build momentum and see out our strategy and goals.

As we stated in our tweet below United is all about community, friends, family and memories. We will continue to unite this fractured fanbase and continue to fight for the future of our club. We want our club back at all levels and restore the dignity and pride once again of our great club.

We may not have 17 years of media contacts that can be rounded up to push out a narrative at the drop off a hat. What we do have is the ear, trust and pulse of the fanbase. We are them and they are us. We know which we prefer.

For you for us for each other
